Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Manage project resources and subcontractors.
- Handle project documentation and reporting.
Qualifications
Education: B.E. Civil Engineering, (M.Tech Construction Management is an added advantage)
Languages: English (written & spoken), Tamil (spoken) and Hindi (spoken)
Software tools: Primavera P6 scheduling software, MS Projects, Project Management tools, MS Office, Autocad, Windows OS
